Web Registration Instructions:

1. Please call Dublin Latchkey Administrative office (614-793-0871) to verify there are spots available at the school site you are requesting.

2. When entering the information, you will need to keep submitting the forms until you come to a pop up window asking for your email account. Once finished with web registration, please login to your personal email account to find the emailed forms in a PDF format. If you do not receive an email after 24 hours of your registration time, please call our office to verify that we have a copy of the forms.

3. Print the PDF's from your email account. SIGN ALL forms and bring in your registration forms with your first months payment and registration fee to the Dublin Latchkey Administration Offices.

Web Registration Pointers:

--Yahoo email address: Please do not send your forms to your Yahoo email address, only half of those who sent them actually recive them.

--Don't use your web browser back arrow (internet explorer, safari, firefox), you will get knocked out of the process and need to start over by shutting down your computer and re-starting it.

--Please only print these forms from the PDF that was sent to your email account.
