Steps to register your child:
1. Please place a phone call to the Dublin Latchkey administrative office (614-793-0871) to verify there are spots available at the school site you are requesting.
2. You may either fill out the paperwork in our office or complete web registration (please call for the password). Please remember that applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
3. Once forms are completed, please return the forms along with a check or money order payable to Dublin Latchkey, Inc. (IMPORTANT- you must deliver your application forms to our administrative office and hand them to a person- application forms will not be accepted if they are in our mailbox or if they are given to an individual school site). At the time forms are received, we will review the forms to make sure that all information required is written down.
4. Upon receipt of completed paperwork and fees, you will receive verification of your enrollment and a date your child may first attend.
If spaces are not available, we do carry a waiting list for each school site. Our office will call you when a space becomes available.
