The curriculum consists of science, math, language arts, social development, homework assistance, gross motor and art activities planned around weekly educational themes. Each site provides each day with a balance of both quiet and active play suitable to the age and abilities of the children. Click here for more information on our curriculum.

Dublin Latchkey teachers are warm and friendly. Each has a genuine love for and a desire to work with children. All of our teachers either have a degree and/or experience with groups of children. Each school site consists of one Lead Teacher and Assistant Teachers based on the number of children in the program. Dublin Latchkey strives to achieve a 1 to 12 teacher child ratio at each of our programs. Each Lead Teacher has a degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a degree relating to education.

All of our staff are trained in First Aid, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse recognition as required by the State of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. There is at least two teachers trained in CPR at each program. Teachers attend monthly in-service trainings in child development.
