A) Web Registration
1. Please call Dublin Latchkey Administrative office (614-793-0871) to verify there are spots available at the school site you are requesting.
2. When entering the information, you will need to keep submitting the forms until you come to a pop up window asking for your email account. DO NOT PRINT FROM YOUR SCREEN OR WEB BROWSER. Once finished with web registration, please login to your personal email account to find the emailed forms in a PDF format.
3. Print the PDF's from your email account. SIGN ALL forms and bring in your registration forms with your first months payment and registration fee to the Dublin Latchkey Administration Offices.
B) In Person at Dublin Latchkey Administration Offices
1. Please place a phone call to the Dublin Latchkey Administrative office (614-793-0871) to verify there are spots available at the school site you are requesting.
2) To obtain an application, please visit our Dublin Latchkey Administrative offices between the hours of 9:30am to 1:30pm. Please note we are closed for all school holidays.
3) Upon receipt of completed paperwork and fees, you will receive verification of your enrollment and the date your child may first attend.
If spaces are not available, we do carry a waiting list for each school site. Our office will call you when space becomes available.
